Meet the Team!
Terry Isbel, Founder
Terry started selling life insurance at 19 years old, knocking door to door. He started off thinking he’d just sell insurance until he found something else, but his love for insurance grew and he went on to open his own agency. He is happily “semi” retired with his wife of 51 years, but with 8 grandchildren and a ‘67 Mustang that he is building, he sure hasn’t slowed down much! With over 30 years of car building experience and in-depth knowledge of different makes, models and values, Terry continues to be our expert underwriter and appraiser for anything collectible with wheels!
Chaz Goodin, Agent/Owner, Sales and Marketing
Chaz and his wife, Stephanie, are the owners of Elite Insurance Group. They value relationships and strive to give their clients the best possible service and care. Insurance can be overwhelming and confusing & they hope to make it as easy and as stress free as possible.
Chaz and Stephanie have three wonderful children along with two small Shih Tzus. They co-lead the college ministry at their local church in Fountain City and Chaz also serves there as an Elder.
Stephanie Goodin, Agent/Owner, HR and Finance
Stephanie is Terry’s daughter and co-owns Elite Insurance with her husband Chaz as a licensed agent and account manager. She specializes in small business insurance and workers compensation for any type of risk. She is a great resource for any questions you might have about your specific small business industry.
Larry Strunk, Agent
Larry is an expert at personal and commercial lines insurance with over over 20 years of industry experience. He also shares a passion for collector cars and owns a 1962 Chevy Impala.
He and his wife, Tammy, has an adorable Lhasa Apsos and loves to take it wherever they go. Larry loves the Lord and his country!
Taylor Kitts, Account Manager
Taylor is the smiling face you will see when you walk through our doors! She is married to Brandon and is a dog mom to Wrigley, who is the most spoiled dog you’ve ever seen! She serves at Fountain City Church in the Café and on the Welcome Team. She is a Roane State alumni with a degree in biology and she enjoys reading, long strolls down Target aisles, making floral arrangements, and all things beauty. She is very friendly and eager to help you with all your insurance needs!
